All homes offer a fully-equipped kitchen, dishwasher, garbage disposal, gas stove, pantry, spacious living areas, new sliding glass doors and windows, new entryway awnings, walk-in closets, carpet and tiled floors, private patio or balcony, in-home washers, dryers, new thermostats, central AC/heat. Select homes offer a breakfast nook, den or foyer. Extras: outdoor swimming pool, sundeck, new playground and picnic areas, park benches throughout the grounds, free Trolley Bus service to local stores and downtown Leesburg. Conveniently located near I-495 and RTE 7, we're close to Dulles Greenway, parks, shopping, entertainment. We're 20 minutes from Washington-Dulles airport, 40 minutes from Washington D.C. Cats and Dogs are allowed. Maximum weight of pet(s): 70. Maximum number of pet(s): 2. Restrictions or other terms: Dog Restrictions: Maximum of 2 pets per home. For dogs over 35 pounds the pet fee is $500 and the monthly rent is $55. Our pet-friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pitt Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid .
