Cats and Dogs are allowed. Maximum number of pet(s): 2. Restrictions or other terms: Cat Restrictions: Pets 30lbs and under are $25 per month, pets over 30lbs are $35 per month. Dog Restrictions: Maximum of 2 pets per home. There is a non-refundable fee of $300 for the 1st pet, $150 for the 2nd. Our pet-friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid .
