Restrictions or other terms: 60lbs max pet weight, 2 dogs max per unit, $300 ($150 non-refundable) dog deposit, and $150 ($75 non-refundable) cat deposit. Pet rent is required monthly Dog rent is $10 per dog per month, Cat rent is $5 per Cat per month. Pets must be registered in the leasing office upon move in. Dogs allowed in certain buildings.
