All homes have full-sized washer and dryer connections or a stackable washer and dryer already included. Select apartments have screened patios or balconies, wood burning fireplaces, vaulted ceilings and scenic views. Our residents enjoy our pool, sundeck, 24-hour fitness center, lighted tennis courts and sand volleyball court. A large laundry center and courtyard area are also available.
Pet Policy
Cats and Dogs are allowed. Maximum number of pet(s): 2. Other pets are allowed: Cat Policy: Cats must remain indoors at all times unless caged or leashed. Cats must also be house broken and use a litter box. Dog Policy: Dogs must remain on a lease at all times outside of the apartment and the owner is responsible for immediate remove of pet waste.. Restrictions or other terms: Dog Policy: Unless used as an assistance animal, restricted dog breeds are as follows: Doberman, Chow-Chow, Siberian Husky, Saint Bernard, Shar Pei, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Doberman Pinscher, Alaskan Malamute, Akita, Rottweiler, Pit Bull (also known as American Staffordshire, American Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier) and all 'mixes' of the above breeds..
