Restrictions or other terms: Pet Deposit (1 cat) is $300.00 with $150.00 refundable at the time of move-out and a $15.00 monthly pet rent fee. Pet Deposit (2 cats) is $500.00 with $300.00 refundable at the time of move-out and a $20.00 monthly pet rent fee. Pet Deposit (1 dog) is $300.00 with $150.00 refundable at the time of move-out and a $35.00 monthly pet rent fee.
