Our homes feature individual entrances, split floor plans, open kitchens, washer/dyers and oversized patios/balconies. Some homes have been RECENTLY UPGRADED and feature kitchens with stainless steel appliances including microwaves, granite countertops, ceramic tile flooring, marble-finished bathrooms, and two-toned paint. Centrally located near Downtown Dadeland, our community offers exciting amenities such as a refreshing pool and picnic area with BBQ. COMING SOON - new clubhouse with lounge area, state-of-the-art fitness center, great Room with wide-screen TV, wet bar, upgraded resort-style pool, business center, gated entrance, Wi-Fi access, and more!

Pet Policy

Pets are allowed. Other pets are allowed: For Quarters is a pet-friendly community. We welcome up to 2 pets per home with a maximum weight limit of 55 lbs. There is $175 Non-refundable fee for cats and $350 Non-refundable fee for dogs up to 25 lbs; and a $450.00 non-refundable fee for dogs 26- 55 lbs. Monthly pet rent is $20/ month. We are pet friendly but we do not accept certain breeds of dogs to include: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler.
