Cats and Dogs are allowed. Maximum number of pet(s): 2. Restrictions or other terms: Cat Restrictions: $20/mo. for pets <40lbs; 41lbs+ are $30/mo. Pet rent and one-time non-refundable pet fee are per pet. Dog Restrictions: The pet fee is per pet. Dogs 40lbs or less are $250; 41lbs+ are $350. Our pet-friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid .
