In addition to the efficiencies, studios, and 1 bedroom apartments, Fillmore Crossing leases approximately 16,000 SF to the Paragon Culinary Institute. This space features The Paragon Culinary Institute Cooking College, Cedars Jazz Club, and the 400 person Royal Ball room available for special events like wedding receptions. There is currently a one acre pad site at the intersection of I-25 and Fillmore for lease. The 185 units are a mixture of efficiencies, studios, one and two bedrooms. Prices include utilities, HBO/Cable, local phone and voice mail, semi-monthly housekeeping, a one acre dog park, free wireless internet in select rooms, indoor pool, exercise room, and entertainment room. We have just recently added garages to the property that brings added value to our site.
