Pet rent is $30/mo 0-20lbs, $35/mo 21-50lbs and $40/mo over 50lbs. Extra large dogs must be on the first floor. Our pet-friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid. Cat Restrictions: Pet fee is $350 for the first pet and $100 for the second. .
