very nice older apt. alot of character. must see

I am looking to lease my apartment, it is the upper level of a duplex. rent is 375month pets are allowed. there is a storage space. new carpet installed about a month ago. new windows will be put in soon, heat should be cheap because the heat from the apartment below heats the upstairs. garbage is included. water bills is quarterly. about 7 blocks from campus, short walkbike ride.
