We do allow pets with a deposit as well depending on weight. Cumberland Place has a designer salt water pool, 24 hour business and fitness center, tennis court, a stocked lake, playground and beautiful landscaping. We also have covered parking available for an additional $30.00 a month, however, we do not have garages.
