Our one bedroom apartments rent around $950 to $1025 per month, while our two bedroom apartments rent at $995 to $1100 per month. All of our units include heat and hot water, and are wired for cable/high speed internet. Tenants pay for the electricity. We do an application, credit check, (generally they like to see the credit score 650 or better) landlord references and have an income guideline. We do a year lease. Our pet policy is as follows. If we install new carpeting we don't allow any pets. After a carpet has had one tenant on it we accept one cat but no dogs, rabbits, ferrets etc. Parking can get tight especially in the winter; so as a result, WE LIMIT THE NUMBER OF CARS TO ONE PER APARTMENT. For a one bedroom your gross income should be about $34K year. They are quite large. There are 3 rooms, a bathroom, and plenty of closet space.
