We overlook a wooded 6-acre National Historic Trust site and a 7-minute walk from Wissahickon trails of Fairmont Park, the largest urban park system in the country www.phila.gov/fairpark. We are also convenient to the Chestnut Hill shopping & restaurant area and the old mill town of Manayunk with its boutiques, clubs and restaurants. The handsome, 4-storey, elevator building, constructed in the late 1920's, is of fire resistant construction and famously solid, noise-reducing walls. All kitchens have been modernized and essentially all of the apartments are air-conditioned. Large windows and oak parquet floors make for bright and gracious living spaces.
