The following dogs are restricted: Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Chow-Chow, Pit-Bull Terrier, German Shepherd, Bull Dogs, Shar Pei, Pit-Bull Terrier American Eskimo(or any mix thereof.) Pets must be at least six months old and no more than two pets per apartment are allowed. For one pet = A refundable pet deposit of $200 is required , and a non-refundable fee of $200 is also required for a total of $400 due upon move in. For two pets = A refundable pet deposit of $100 is required , and a non-refundable fee of $300 is also required for a total of $400 due upon move in. One pet must not exceed 65 lbs. in weight, two pets combined must not exceed 100 lbs. Pet interview and breed documentation may be required.
