Restrictions or other terms: * WE LOVE PETS! * Pets are allowed on the premises with only an appointment by management to meet your pet, a signed Pet Addendum which requires an additional deposit, rent, non-refundable fees or other charges. Breed restrictions apply. * If a pet is acquired after you move-in and we allow the animal, you are required to make proper arrangements with the office immediately or you will be in violation of your lease. * All residents with pets are required to submit a veterinarian statement establishing the general health, breed or breed mix of the pet and the proof of current rabies shots and licenses required by law. * Support Animals: If the animal is a service animal for a disabled person, you are not required to post an animal deposit, and breed restrictions do not apply. A completed and signed Letter Regarding Support Animals from a qualified professional verifying the need for the service animal along with proof of current rabies shots and licenses (if legally applicable) is required. *.
