I am the owner and the landlord, and my brother is leasing the other bedroom from me. When he is not at school, he is in his bedroom on the phone or computer. There is cable in the living room with a huge projector TV. Already furnished, except other bedroom. Total square footage is 1200. The bedroom for rent is very roomy and has two closets! Will be responsible for half of electric/cable bill (which includes wifi). There is also a nice pool on-site. We are very easy going and easy to get along with, and we are looking for nice and neat renters! P.S. My brother is very charismatic and a good kid!
