Pets are allowed. Other pets are allowed: We recognize that pets are part of the family. One pet per loft accepted. We accept 1 cat or 1 dog up to 40 lbs. You must provide vet certification of shots, breed and spay/neuter. The pet fee is $500.00 for dogs and $200.00 for cats. We are pet friendly however; we do not accept certain breeds of dogs to include: Pit Bulls, Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Akita, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Presa Canario, and Wolf Hybrid..
