The portion of the home available has two bedrooms, one is a master, on the opposite end of the home from our bedrooms - separated by three large living areas and the kitchen (ample privacy). The home has a large swimming pool, solar hot water, W/D, DW, high ceilings, ample parking, a large backyard, and an outdoor hot/cold shower by the pool and covered seating area. The 1/3 of the utilities (1/2 for a couple) covers all utilities including WiFi and digital cable (1/3 is usually about $135-$150/month). Our home is very comfortable, with great neighbors. Our current housemate is being transferred and is leaving the end of November. Even if you haven't previously considered sharing a home, we invite you to come by, see the house, and meet us.
