Why Live Here?
My roommate is moving out of state at the beginning of July and we currently live in a 2 bed/2 bath apartment in DTC at the Parc at Greenwood Village Apartments. I am looking to move as well so both bedrooms are available. This would be a sublet from end of July to end of October, with the option of signing your very own lease at the end of October. So this doesn't have to be a temporary home for you! We are both professionals (25 & 30yrs old) and this apartment is brand new! You would be the second tenants to live here. We pay a base rent of $1651 (including $25 for pet rent, you could bring a pup as well). If interested you would simply need to fill out an application form with the leasing office, and if approved, our home is your home! We are right off of I-25 and Belleview, and close to the Belleview light rail stop. There's a King Soopers within a 3 minute drive from the apartment as well as many great restaurants. There are gas stations near by also!
