APARTMENT BASICS: Spacious 4 bedroom/ 1 bathroom, third floor brownstone apartment with lots of sunlight located between Cleveland Circle and Englewood Avenue in Brookline, MA. The apt is right on the C-line and a 5-7 minute walk to the D-line. There is coin-operated laundry in the basement of building. The apartment does not have central air conditioning and does not have a dishwasher. The landlord of the apartment lives on the first floor of the building. As such, the building stays pretty quiet. ABOUT THE LEASE: A one-year lease is required (from September 1st, 2015 to August 31st, 2016). First months rent, last months rent, and security deposit would be due by lease signing.
