Cats and Dogs are allowed. Maximum number of pet(s): 2. Restrictions or other terms: Cat Restrictions: Small pets (30 lbs or less) are $30/month. Large pets (31 lbs or more) are $50/month. Pet fee is $300 for first pet; $100 for the second. Two pets maximum per home. Cats are welcome in all of our units. Dog Restrictions: Dogs are welcome in our 2 bedroom townhomes ONLY, we do not allow dogs in our other units. Our pet-friendly townhomes welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid. .
