Project Manager, Sales
Location: San Francisco, CA Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, this position is an ideal opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with excellent client service, organizational, and project management skills to manage revenue products including photos, video tours, and Featured Properties. Get in on the ground floor of a new online real estate business that is founded by industry veterans, well capitalized, and backed by a leading Silicon Valley venture firm and some of the biggest names in the apartment industry. Role and Responsibilities: You will be responsible for supporting the sales organization to exceed product revenue goals by managing the entire fulfillment process for our photo, video and featured listing products. These activities will include: Manage the entire product fulfillment cycle once the sales team receives the order. This includes tracking all incoming orders, assigning to our vendors, managing vendor SLA and quality, and delivering final product to client. Develop and manage product features, benefits, and custom orders for larger clients. You are a poet and a quant-with excellent design instincts and a complete and total focus on driving business metrics via great UED. You must be comfortable working in a close-knit team environment where you will work independently, but collaborate across technical and marketing functions. Responsibilities MyNewPlace has myriad users and therefore needs to optimize its content to meet the varying needs of each user type and source. You will help improve the site's overall UI and consistency, while helping us also address the unique needs and aspirations of our varied user segments. You will champion site UI improvements based on ROI and data.
