  • Create and maintain online brochure pages utilizing our backend Customer Care System
  • Facilitate accurate data entry of customer text and graphics
  • Must rigorously follow standard operating procedures and adhere to order entry guidelines
  • Monitor operational metrics against capacity requirements
  • Communicate and coordinate with other departments as needed.

Required Experience

  • Prior experience entering data for high traffic consumer web sites is beneficial
  • Great typing skills–must be able to type fast and accurately
  • Strong computer skills–we want the type of user that wants to use quick-keys
  • Ability to use Photoshop–nothing too complex here, just resizing and easy touch-ups
  • Must understand aspect ratios and pixel dimensions, as well as the concepts behind relational databases
  • Ability to prioritize and manage work on critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be a self-starter and able to prosper in an unstructured work environment
  • Experience working in a high growth environment is highly desirable.
